Fiona is an experienced consultant and project manager specialising in advising and mentoring organisations in developing audience-focussed digital strategies, planning digital projects and procurement. She has worked for a wide range of museums, including the British Museum, the Ashmolean, Leicestershire County museums and the independent Gas Museum. Other clients have included the Heritage Lottery Fund, the Royal Institute of British Architects and Cambridge University.
Current and recent projects include:
– Advising various Heritage Lottery Fund grant recipients on planning, developing and managing their digital projects and assets.
– Mentoring East Midlands museums in audience-centred digital strategy and project development.
– Planning, organising and delivering training and support on digital engagement with collections, digital project management, licensing and accessibility.
